Staff favorite and the ever so iconic, Chase, is doing great! When Chase first arrived at the shelter, he was highly stressed and did not allow pets. Slowly, he started to come out of his shell more, but still seemed to have a short fuse. One of our wonderful fosters decided to stop by one day and took Chase into foster.

Here’s what Chase’s foster has to say about this adorable fella: “Chase is a great companion who likes to nap and watch the outdoors. His favorite interaction is headbutts, both with you and everything in your house, and he likes to follow you around and keep track of what’s going on. His ideal day is spent near you, getting some occasional pets and taking many small naps. He will make a great friend and member of your family!”

Chase is one of the amazing examples of how fostering can do wonders for a animal’s behavior and health. He has now been adopted and living a wonderful life in his FURever home!
