One of our favorite fundraisers is back! Morris Animal Refuge’s 2027 Calendar Contest officially opens on September 1st, so start picking out your pet’s best, most photogenic shot.

How It Works

Submit your favorite photo of your pet, then rally your family and friends to vote. For just $25, your entry includes 25 votes and a free 2027 calendar, mailed to you in December. Every photo entry is guaranteed a spot in the calendar’s special collage pages, so no matter what, your pet gets celebrated. The 12 pets with the most votes will each win their own month in the calendar.

Prizes Worth Wagging (and Purring) About

1st Place — Cover Star & Pet Pajama Pack Prize Your pet becomes the face of the calendar cover with their choice of month, plus a Pajama & Slipper Pack (up to four pairs) customized with their face.

2nd Place — Commissioned Pet Portrait A custom 16×20 painted portrait of your pet by artist Kasey Halbleib.

3rd Place — One Year of Treats A fresh bag of treats every month for a year, courtesy of Melmo’s Treats.

Top 12 Winners each get their own month spread in the calendar, and every pet entered is featured in our special collage page, because every furry friend deserves to be celebrated.
