VetsOpenNow was built to close exactly that gap. It’s a directory focused specifically on where to go when something is wrong outside normal hours, giving pet parents one place to turn during a stressful, time-sensitive situation.
What You’ll Find
VetsOpenNow currently lists 38 emergency and 24-hour clinics across Pennsylvania, including five right here in Philadelphia. For each one, the directory provides:
- Tap-to-call phone numbers for direct contact
- Posted hours, including clear labeling on which listings are independently verified and which ones need a confirmation call
- Directions to help you navigate quickly
Verified listings even show the date they were last confirmed, so you know the information is current and not just pulled from an old database.
The site is completely free to use, requires no signup, and clinics cannot pay for placement, meaning the listings are based on verification, not advertising dollars.
