Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past decade, it has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

On Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 Morris Animal Refuge is asking for your support as part of #GivingTuesday. Now more than ever, your support can make a difference in the lives of homeless animals in Philadelphia!

Your generosity will allow us to continue to provide shelter, food, medicine, and the hope for a second chance at a forever home for the homeless and neglected animals of Philadelphia. Last year our community raised over $60,000 for our animals making it our best #GivingTuesday ever! This year we hope to raise over $60,00 again – but we cannot do it without you!

Donations will be matched up to $30,000, making your donation make double the impact!

What can your contribution do?

$10 – Provides a microchip to a pet

$25 – Feeds one animal for a month

$50 – Covers the cost of vaccines for one animal

$100 – Spay/neuters one animal

$150 – Celebrates our 150th Anniversary & provides medical care for one kitten!

$250 – Provides complete medical care including vaccines, microchip, and spay/neuter for one animal

$500 – Cares for one litter of kittens from infancy through adoption

$1,000 – Provides emergency medical assistance to an animal in need
